WinSonic Digital Cable Systems Network, Ltd. a Nevada corporation (“WinSonic”) was founded to create a new global communications infrastructure for the delivery of converged communications services i.e. voice, audio, video, data, streaming media and broadcast content over a protocol independent multi-layered communication systems, known as WinSonic Digital Cable Systems Network (“WDCSN”).  WinSonic has a business model that provides multiple revenue streams from a host of resources, services, infrastructure and new media business opportunities that enable its customers to achieve the highest level of business sophistication with un-compromised security. This business model will enhance WinSonic’s ability to become a Brand name in the future of interactive media and entertainment distribution.

WinSonic Digital Cable Systems Network, Ltd is under the leadership and vision of  Winston D. Johnson Sr, who started in the music, computer science, and communications industries in the 1970s, and pioneered technological innovations in music, communications, computer and sound engineering such as the Winsonic Process. The Winsonic Process, a digital compression technology trade secret that produces superior sounding product, has been used to enable record and film companies to record and distribute digital media throughout the world.

In 1988-1990 Winston Johnson was a part of Video Flex a Bellcore R&D project with Regional Bell Companies Pacific Bell, Bell Atlantic, Bell South, Ameritech, NYNEX, Southwestern Bell, and AT&T.This project connected television networks in nine major U.S. cities, as a fiber optic alternative to interconnecting cities by satellite. As a result of this project Winston became a part of several Pacific Bell trials, experiments, and projects. One of the historical Pacific Bell projects was a special network was built to connect Industrial Lights and Magic in San Rafael, CA. to Steven Spielberg’s production Company Amblin Entertainment, on the Universal lot in Los Angeles. Spielberg used this solution to send computer generated dinosaurs for “Jurassic Park” back and forth between the two locations.

In 1994 and 1995 WinSonic and WDCSN coordinated and integrated the very first video telephone and video e-mail “store and forward” application. This application was based on a Pacific Bell ATM Network, in partnership with Pacific Telesis Corporation and the Whittaker Corporation. This project resulted in one of the first successful ATM video telephone application in the United States and the world on July 28, 1995. Winsonic has demonstrated a proven track record as a pioneer and innovator in design, build and implementation of high speed telecommunications networks. WinSonic has developed a number of technological innovations for major customers and projects which have enabled Winston Johnson to design, build and test high-speed Video, Data, Audio, and Voice operations in many U.S. markets and to build a media and entertainment distribution network that include fiber routes, collocation and interconnection facilities with the regional Bell Operating Companies, Cable Carriers, and Broadcasters. 

These and other strategic alliances have enabled Winston Johnson to design, build and test high-speed video, data, audio, and voice operations in many U.S. markets and to build a backbone network that includes fiber routes, collocation and interconnection facilities with the Regional Bell Operating Companies, Cable Carriers, Broad Casters and other entities with in the United States of America bringing advanced technologies to empower mankind.
